The current Tudorwoods Australian Species range includes Blackbutt Matte Brushed, Blackbutt Smooth, Rustic Blackbutt Matte Brushed, Spotted Gum Matte Brushed, Spotted Gum Smooth and Tasmanian Oak Smooth.

The Smooth finish provides a cleaner timber surface with a subtle low-gloss appearance. Matte Brushed boards have a textured brushed surface and lower-sheen finish that highlights more of the timber's natural grain and character.

Yes. Tudorwoods engineered timber flooring can be installed using either a floating method over a suitable underlay or by direct-stick installation to a properly prepared subfloor. The appropriate method depends on the site, subfloor and project requirements.

Engineered timber can be used in suitable kitchen and living areas, provided spills are cleaned promptly and the flooring is installed and maintained according to the manufacturer's requirements. It is not designed for bathrooms, laundries or other regularly wet areas.

Yes. Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Oak and other natural Australian hardwoods naturally vary in colour, grain, knots and character from board to board. These variations are an expected feature of genuine timber flooring.

Tudorwoods currently provides a 25 Year Limited structural warranty and a 20 Year Limited Residential Wear Warranty for its Australian Species engineered timber flooring. A 5 Year Limited Commercial Wear Warranty also applies to eligible commercial applications, subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dirt and grit, clean using a suitable timber floor cleaner and avoid excessive water. Steam mops should not be used. Felt protectors should also be fitted under furniture and spills should be cleaned promptly.
